Payment & Refund Policy

At Shri Shri Agastya Foundation, every contribution, seva, and consultation is part of a sacred exchange between the seeker and the divine. We honor your trust and commitment to our spiritual and community initiatives. This policy outlines how payments, seva contributions, and refunds are handled for all our services and offerings.

1. Payment Policy

a. Mode of Payment
Payments for spiritual services, healing sessions, courses, or donations may be made through the methods listed on our official website or directly through the Foundation’s authorized representatives.

b. Seva and Program Payments

The amount for each seva, consultation, or program may vary depending on the requirements, materials, and rituals involved.

Once a seva booking or consultation request is submitted, our team will contact you to confirm details, finalize the amount, and provide instructions for completing the payment.

Payments must be made in full before the seva or session is confirmed and scheduled.

c. Donations
Voluntary donations made to support Shri Shri Agastya Foundation’s community initiatives — including Annadanam, Goshala support, education drives, and spiritual events — are deeply appreciated and non-refundable, as they go directly toward ongoing service activities.

2. Refund Policy

a. Spiritual Services & Sevas

All sevas, poojas, and healing sessions are performed with devotion and personalized intent.

Once a seva, ritual, or consultation has been scheduled and preparations have begun, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Requests for rescheduling may be accommodated at the Foundation’s discretion, provided adequate notice is given.

b. Cancellations Before Confirmation
If a seva or consultation booking is canceled before confirmation and no preparation has started, refunds may be processed after deducting applicable administrative charges.

c. Refund Exceptions
Refunds are not applicable for:

Completed or ongoing rituals

Donations or contributions made voluntarily

Digital programs or courses that have been accessed or delivered

All refund approvals, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe upon verification.

3. Rescheduling Policy

We understand that personal situations can change. If you need to reschedule a booked seva or healing session, please inform the Foundation at least 48 hours in advance. Our team will do their best to accommodate a new date or time based on availability and spiritual schedule alignment.

4. Accuracy and Responsibility
The Foundation is not responsible for incorrect information provided during booking, such as wrong names, dates, or contact details.

Participants are requested to verify all details before making payment.

Receipts will be issued for all confirmed payments and donations for record and acknowledgment.

5. Dispute Resolution
In case of any disagreement regarding payments or services, Shri Shri Agastya Foundation encourages resolution through mutual understanding and peaceful dialogue, in line with our guiding principles of compassion and harmony.
If necessary, disputes will be governed under the jurisdiction of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
